Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to let us know that you intend to return any item that you have bought from us. You are liable for return postage. Please get a proof of posting. Once we have received the returned item, in its original saleable condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the item, either by BACS transfer or via the online payment portal, within 14 days of when we received it.
If you receive an item from us that is faulty or broken, or if we sent the wrong thing, please get in touch with us so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. If we sent the wrong thing then we will pay return postage. Please wrap the parcel well and get a proof of posting.
If we cannot fulfil an order because the item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you wish to proceed, whether you would like to wait for new stock coming in or if you would prefer to change your order or have a refund. In many cases the items we sell are one-offs so if we make a mistake and sell something on the website that has already been sold in store we will offer an alternative or a refund but do not accept responsibility for any possible further consequences.
